My favourite vacation was…

To answer this question, I'd have to say all of them. If anybody asked me, I would tell them my two favourite things in life other than spending time with family and friends, are food and vacations/new experiences; but usually they go hand in hand, so I guess I have four favourite things! Perhaps it's because I don't take many vacations, so when I do, I take as much out of them as I can!

One day I’d like to…

Take the ultimate Canadian and American road trips as determined by algorithms. Combined, driving about six hours per day, the road trips would take four months or so, but I would gladly stretch that out! The road trips make a point of hitting every province, territory and state that are accessible by road. A few destinations on my bucket list include Lake Louise in Alberta, anywhere in the Yukon, Peggy's Cove in Nova Scotia, the French Quarter of New Orleans, Glacier National Park in Montana and of course, the Grand Canyon in Arizona.

A fun fact about me is...

… I will try just about anything once, and if I don't enjoy it, I'm likely to try it one or two more times just to make sure I'm not missing out.

If I had a theme song it would be…

This is such a difficult question to answer because so many songs have influenced me over the years and music has been a sort of escapism for me throughout my life. That being said, I'll choose Drake White's "Simple Life", simply for the very obvious meaning behind the song. I really am just a fan of the simple life.

My dream home would be…

A modest house with enough space to comfortably fit a big family, resting on acres of land just on the outskirts of town. A welcoming backyard, with a large deck for entertaining, a huge fruit and vegetable garden and a hockey rink. Include a big circular driveway so I can accommodate my family and friends, and a large garage so I don't have to clear snow off my car in the winter and I'm a happy girl!

The accomplishment I’m most proud of is…

A little out of the box, but I'm most proud of the personal and emotional growth and self-realizations I've made over the years. I've learned to not dwell on the past or fret the little things and to consider every point of view before making judgments. Nobody is perfect, but everybody has good in them, sometimes you just have to look a little deeper or spend a little more time.
