The Niagara Region has one of the most breathtaking landscapes in Canada, and even though it is widely known for the picturesque Niagara Falls, there is certainly a lot more to this region and there are countless benefits to living in each individual city.

St. Catharines

Living in St. Catharines, also known as the Garden City due to its picturesque hiking trails and scenic nature walks, allows one to cherish the serenity and beauty of nature, all while taking in the hustle and bustle of an art-loving town. Along with being a cultural capital and artistic hub, St. Catharines allows its residents to enjoy a great quality of life with affordable living compared to larger cities, high employment rates and an endless abundance of entertainment.

St. Catharines is witnessing a massive boom in economic development, which has welcomed countless developmental projects, along with schools, restaurants, breweries, wineries, shops, cafes and more. It is home to Meridian Centre and the Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts amongst multiple other entertainment facilities.

Tucked right in the heart of the Niagara region, Niagara Falls offers true quality of life with its mesmerizing landscape, stable economy and encouraged immigration. It is a welcoming and vibrant society that thrives on good will and cooperation.

Niagara Falls boosts steady property taxation rates that encourage home buyers to invest, along with countless attractive real estate ventures that attract investors for both, their scenic beauty, urban amenities and affordability. Also, Job opportunities are easy to come by if one is willing to work.

Welland

An ideal destination for those who want to live a short distance away from both, Toronto and Buffalo, New York. Welland is situated in the middle of the mesmerizing Niagara Region. It is brimming with value-added real estate investment opportunities and is the most bilingual city in the region, homing both of Niagara’s all-French high schools. Welland is also home to the original Niagara College campus. This city is on the incline and is growing by the day with no signs of slowing down.
